I would like to say That Halligans Building was very easy to work with. The Thought of Adding Extensions and Renovating seemed quite overwhelming at first, but Kieron the builder came Through and arranged everything for me. I converted a Garage to a New Bedroom and Ensuite and Renovated my Laundry area, it was all encompassed under the main roof.
He listened to everything i wanted and produced a lovely Design .
Iam Happy to be able to enjoy my Beautiful room. Points that i felt Important was that i always felt very safe during the whole Construction Process even when the roof was off. The Tradesmen were very professional polite and approachable ,They always offered to help if i needed to move something around.
I didn’t even need to move out While I was getting the Build done.
They did extra work for me without fuss at all, and the Time frame of the Build and the workmanship was excellent there was even 2 weeks under schedule.
i would have no hesitation with getting them again if i ever needed to do this again.
My Partner Terry and I really Love our newly Renovated home.
