This process will usually take from 4 weeks to 12 weeks, in order to design and draft, document, get reports and certifications ready, and gain council approval. Some projects will not need council approval. The construction is scheduled after any approvals where required, and may thereof take from one week to several months depending on the type of project.

No not usually. Most of our clients remain at their homes during construction; very few move out. This also depends on the particular circumstances.
