Cliff Morris – Roleystone

We approached Kieron from Halligans Building, to design and build a Granny flat in the middle of an orchard, on our property in the hills of Perth. With a clean slate, on sloping ground, Kieron designed a home that maximised room size with a large veranda to take on the views. He complied with the contract schedule, undertook a seamless process of seeking approvals from various authorities, and communicated with me constantly on building progress. The result has been an attractive Granny flat with veranda and deck in a rural setting – and a very satisfied owner. Thank you to Kieron and the team from Halligans Building.
